data acquisition via SQL. Worked with Visual Basic 3.0, Access
and Visual Basic third party controls. Also worked with RAS and
MS-Delta for telecommuting.
Jun 92 - Nov 94: Software Engineer. Renton Instrument Co.,
Seattle, WA.
Project lead for a Windows based medical data retrieval
system. Also developed Windows based prototypes for medical data
distribution systems including GUI interfaces Project manager
for a Windows based inventory system co-developed in-house and
by outside consultants. Administrative lead for a 10 person project.
Analyzed Windows database products for potential use including
Access, Paradox and FoxPro. Attended Object Oriented training
sessions. Worked with Visual Basic 3.0, Access and Visual Basic
third party controls.
Nov 90 - May 92: Programmer/Analyst. Elevation Technologies,
Bellevue, WA.
Developed and enhanced database gateways for communication
between the Revelation front end and client servers such as Oracle
and the MS-SQL Server. Developed server specific solutions to
overcome incompatibilities between systems including data types,
memory management and different SQL dialects. Emulated front end
features that servers were incapable of. Worked with Revelation
database, Windows SDK, 'C', R/BASIC, SQL.

Developed and customized business applications for customers
including data collection code and report generators. Developed
programs for in-house use. Converted packages between operating

Developed a custom PC/LAN based inventory
control and ordering system for an auto parts brokerage including
hardware, software and database initialization. Also enhanced
various software products for Magnacalc Inc. Worked with Revelation
database, Novell and Lantastic networks.

Developed a real time, PC based integrated package for phone
room monitoring including real time data acquisition & storage,
forecasting, scheduling and automated remote polling for district
wide reports. Reviewed and tested a new system to be resold by
Telecalc. Worked with BASIC, Revelation database , 'C'.

Modified an expanded memory linkage editor
for linking Jovial and assembly modules. Directed communications
with customers, including analysis of modifications and use of
product. Updated all related documentation. Worked with VAX/VMS
assembly and in-house macro assembly.

Developed financial applications software
for PC's utilizing a memory paging scheme, including design of
user interfaces, memory organization and documentation. Worked
with FORTRAN and Phoenix overlay linker.
